Service will be provided by Appointment Only: No walk-ins unless confirmed prior to arrival. Please book your appointment online or call us to schedule.

Please stay home if you or anyone you know have encountered someone who has or has recently had any symptoms of cold, flu, COVID-19 or has a history of recent travel outside of the U.S.

Each Snatched Beauty, LLC staff member will have their temperature taken when they arrive at work daily.

Until further notice you will also have your temperature taken prior to being serviced at Snatched Beauty, LLC.

We are requiring all guests and staff to wear a mask while in Snatched Beauty, LLC. We have the right to refuse service to anyone not wearing, that is sick or not willing to wear one. This is for the safety of the staff members and customers.

You will be asked to sign a waiver related to COVID-19.

We are adding extra time between appointments to thoroughly sanitize rooms with hospital grade disinfectant procedures.

Since our services are limited and time is being added to clean, it is more important than ever to arrive on time for your appointment. If you have to reschedule, please give 24 hours’ notice as a courtesy.

Do not bring additional guests to your appointment, they will not be allowed to wait in our waiting room - children will not be allowed in our facility, no exceptions.
Cancelation policy
Snatched Beauty requires 24 hours notice for canceling appointments. We ask this so we may open up your time-slot to another valued client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment. No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the treatment scheduled. Your scheduled appointment is booked specifically for you, our staffed experts cannot fill a no-show time slot, so we ask our clients to have consideration for them. More than one no-show will result in the termination of the client. When scheduling your appointments, we require a credit card number to hold your appointment. 50% of your services will be charged and can be refunded upon proper cancellation. This is for the purpose of our no-show policies.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment.

Processing Time
To assure we provide a speedy yet valuable experience, all of our orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase with the exception of orders placed on Weekends and National Holidays. Orders placed on Weekends or National Holidays will be processed the following open business day.
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard First Class Shipping
Time in transit depends on the shipping method, please reference the above information provided for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Snatched Beauty LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final! Other products from our collections may be eligible for exchange. In any event that you receive your order and it is defective please immediately send us any photos of your shipment packaging as well as the items that arrived damaged via email at info@snatched-beauty.com.

Wax Like A Pro Training
​Training participants who choose to make installment payments will be contacted to schedule their course date once their payment has been processed. Course payments are non refundable. Please contact us via email at info@snatched-beauty.com if you would like to pay off your remaining balance ahead of scheduled or to reschedule your course date. Course material is the intellectual property of Snatched Beauty LLC. Copying, redistributing, or selling any course materials is prohibited.​
